TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Ez Party. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and hassle-free experience for both parties.


1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through www.ezparty.in or WhatsApp.
  • All bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
  • Availability of staff is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Service Hours

Service Duration

  • Waiters, Stewards & Other Staff: 5 Hours
  • Bartenders: 6 Hours

Service timing begins once the OTP is shared at the venue.

Extension Policy

  • Additional hours will be chargeable.
  • Extensions are subject to staff availability.
  • Approval for service extension remains solely at the discretion of Ez Party.

3. Scope of Services

Ez Party provides trained hospitality professionals, including:

  • Waiters
  • Bartenders (Cocktails & Mocktails)
  • Bar Stewards
  • BBQ / Tandoor Chefs
  • Female Bartenders

Staff responsibilities include service execution, coordination, and maintaining professional conduct throughout the event. Staff members will operate strictly within the agreed scope of work.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary setup arrangements (bar counter, serving space, etc.)
  • Arranging all consumables including food, alcohol, mixers, and related items
  • Ensuring access to electricity, water supply, and basic working conditions
  • Sharing the OTP at the start of service

5. Payment Policy

  • 100% advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
  • Services will not be provided without complete payment.
  • Additional services, extensions, or extra hours will be charged separately.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to staff availability.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in complete forfeiture of payment.

7. Service Termination Policy

Ez Party reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund under the following circumstances:

  • Misbehavior, harassment, or disrespect towards staff
  • Unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate working conditions
  • Involvement in illegal activities
  • Demands beyond the agreed scope of services
  • Non-cooperation from the client side
  • Non-availability of required arrangements
  • Any situation that compromises staff safety, dignity, or wellbeing

8. Conduct & Liability

  • Ez Party staff will maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Ez Party shall not be held liable for loss, damage, delay, or incidents beyond staff responsibilities.
  • Clients remain responsible for the safety and handling of materials, products, and equipment provided at the venue.

9. Delays & Timing

  • Service timing is calculated from the agreed service start time or OTP sharing time.
  • Delays from the client side will be included within booked service hours.
  • Early setup requirements must be communicated in advance.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Ez Party reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or withdraw services if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if event conditions are considered unsuitable for staff deployment.


11. Changes to Terms

Ez Party reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
